By using EZRoutePlanner ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. We provide route optimization tools; you provide the data. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
2. User Data & Responsibilities
Prohibited Content Policy
You are strictly prohibited from uploading sensitive information not required for routing, including:
- Government IDs (SSNs, Passport numbers)
- Financial or credit card data
- Health or medical records
- Passwords or authentication secrets
By uploading data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and rights to submit this data through the Service.

3. Payments
Paid features and credits are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your account settings or by contacting support. Refunds are handled at our discretion.
4. Disclaimers & Liability
Accuracy: We rely on third-party map data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of generated routes. Use the Service at your own risk and always follow local traffic laws.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, EZRoutePlanner is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
5. Termination & Governing Law
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
