2.1 User-Provided Data
We collect information you provide directly, including account credentials (email) and any data contained within uploaded files (spreadsheets). This data is used solely to provide, save, and optimize your routes and related features of the Service.
User Responsibility Notice
Our system stores all data included in your uploads to ensure service functionality. You must not upload sensitive personal information (PII) (e.g., Social Security Numbers, financial records, health data, or government IDs). By uploading data, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary consents and legal rights to use this data in our Service. We assume no liability for incidental sensitive data uploaded by users that is not required for route planning.
2.2 Technical Data
We automatically collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, and usage statistics) to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve service performance. We may also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance monitoring, and improving user experience.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with third-party service providers to the extent necessary to provide the Service (e.g., geocoding APIs, hosting, authentication, and payment processors). All uploaded data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols.
4. Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged from our active databases within 30 days. You may request manual deletion of specific uploaded datasets at any time by contacting support.
