Frequently asked questions
Which plan is right for me?
Plans are sized by how many addresses you keep stored: Free holds 25, Starter 200, Standard 1,000, Professional 3,000, and Enterprise 10,000. Pick the plan that fits the number of customers or addresses you keep on file. If you're unsure, start smaller — you can upgrade at any time and the extra capacity is available immediately.
Do you have monthly and annual billing options?
Our plans are billed either annually or monthly. If you choose to pay annually, you'll receive a 30% discount.
Does EZRoutePlanner have a free trial?
We offer something better: a free tier with no time limit. Instead of a trial that expires, the Free plan lets you store addresses, plan routes, and use route optimization for as long as you like — no credit card required. When you outgrow it, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Is EZRoutePlanner free to use?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes everything you need to plan and optimize routes. Paid plans add more stored addresses, routes, and bases, larger routes, and premium features like drive-time estimates and improved address accuracy.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings under Manage billing — no emails or phone calls required. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if a plan isn't a good fit, we're happy to issue a full refund within 72 hours of your payment, provided you've used less than half of the plan's allowance. See the full refund policy below.
How do I switch to a different plan?
Sign in and choose your new plan on this page. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's capacity until then.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
What happens if I hit my plan's address limit?
Nothing happens to your existing data — your saved addresses and routes are never affected. You simply can't add new addresses until you delete some or upgrade. Upgrading raises your limit immediately.
Refund Policy
Not a perfect fit? We're happy to issue a full refund within 72 hours of your payment, provided you've used less than 50% of your plan's allowance and under 100 address credits.
Fair-Use Geocode Limits
"Geocoding" is the process of turning a normal address (i.e., "123 Main St, Anytown USA") into a set of mappable coordinates (40.7128, -74.0060). Every plan includes a monthly fair-use limit on geocodes equal to 3× its normal address book size limit. The limit exists to prevent address book churn as a way to bypass plan limits, and because every new address runs through a paid geocoding service. Capping monthly uploads at 3× your storage keeps our plans sustainable while staying well above normal use — most users never encounter it.
